We are a co-owned solar company in Northridge that has served the San Fernando Valley since 2010. When we hire, it is most often for two roles: appointment setters and solar sales consultants.
Roles we hire for most often
Appointment Setter
You are the first conversation a homeowner has with us — qualifying interest, answering basic questions, and booking consultations for the sales team.
Solar Sales Consultant
You sit down with homeowners, walk them through their usage and the honest math, and help them choose between lease, PPA, and purchase. Our model is consultative — if you sell with pressure scripts, this is not the job for you.
Current openings
